Words cannot express
how fortunate we were to find the Pettinato’s and have them rebuild
our home after Hurricane Ivan. They were remodeling a house down the street
from us in Santa Rosa Shores and we had been admiring their work. Our
house had to be demolished and rebuilt. They made a devastating experience
so much easier to handle. They worked with us on plans that they already
had and “tweaked” them to fit our needs.
The entire family is invaluable
to the company and their teamwork was phenomenal. Not only are the Pettinato’s
very trustworthy, but they are extremely consistent with the constant
follow up. Even our neighbors commented continuously on the daily progress
made to our home and the quality of their work.
Karen, we cannot thank
you enough for everything you did. Karen worked extensively with us on
ideas for design, kept us informed of plans and progress, and was instrumental
in helping us with our insurance companies.
We highly recommend the Pettinato’s
to anyone who is building, rebuilding, or remodeling. We also would be
happy to discuss their work as we have all the confidence in the world
with them.

Repairs & Improvements)
John &
Karen (and his brothers) have done so much work for us we should rename
our property to Pettinato Estate (we do not have a very big house though).
John remodeled our kitchen taking down walls, putting in windows, tiling
the floor, etc. They did the living room and bathroom floors in tile as
well as the hallway. The master bath was totally redone by John &
Co. He put in our new front door, put in storage in the attic that did
not exist before.
We had
John turn one of our 3 bedrooms into a computer room with built in desk,
cabinets, shelves, etc. It's lovely and he made all the cabinets.
After Ivan,
as we were returning from evacuation we saw people on our roof from the
road. It was John & Co. tarping areas that would cause more damage.
That was on Sunday after the storm. A new roof was installed as soon as
the shingles were available--only a few days.
Karen saw
to getting the fascia and siding replaced that was ripped off. She is
invaluable to the company. She also has ideas that you may not think of.
I'm probably
missing a few things. But the work they do is impeccable. Most impressive
is they do not leave a mess to for the next day. They clean up each evening
when done. Each time Pettinato Construction did work for us we just reveled
in the changes and workmanship. They are the best in our opinion.

Repairs)
After hurricane
Ivan we were in need of major reconstruction work. We had observed a remodel
on a home near us done by Pettinato Construction, Inc. and we were so
impressed with their work that when we needed help we contacted John and
Karen. Their crews took over and in a few short months we were back in
our entire home. The crews worked around us, as we were living in our
upstairs, and every one who came did his job in a professional and understanding
manner.
After Dennis we
needed a new roof and again John and Karen to the rescue with tarps and
the roof in just two weeks.
We are very fortunate
that our hurricane experience was not a horror story. Thanks to Pettinato

Mark and
I have known John and his team for over four years. They have added a
sunroom, rebuilt our home after Ivan and did more repair work after another
hurricane. We can’t say enough good things about them. They have

The Pettinato’s
put a 1000 sq. ft. addition on our home based on John’s design.
We told them what we wanted, and John created it. We made very minor changes
in John’s design. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. We appreciate
their attention to detail and great finishing work. Our addition is fabulous,
they certainly exceeded our expectations!
