John, Joe and Chris Pettinato

Pettinato Construction, Inc., founded by John F. Pettinato III, has been building and remodeling homes in Santa Rosa County, Florida since 1987. John has over 18 years in construction and is a Licensed Registered General Contractor (License Number RG0060302).

Pettinato Construction, Inc. is a family-owned business which involves John’s wife, Karen; son, Johnny; and John’s two brothers, Joe and Chris. Karen’s father Larry and sister Elaine are part of our builder family also.

Because Pettinato Construction is a family-owned and operated business, we take great pride in our work and the success of our business. Together we have over 45 years of experience in the home remodeling and construction industry.

One of the distinct advantages of doing business with Pettinato Construction, Inc., is that we can handle your entire home project from the design stage, through the permitting stage and on to construction completion.

John is well versed in CAD programming and enjoys designing dream homes and Karen handles the permitting and scheduling of our projects. With our team, we can get your project started almost immediately after permitting.

Pettinato Construction, Inc., can build new custom homes, as well as doing all types of remodeling and the building of room additions. We love to do kitchen and bath remodels!

Since Hurricane Ivan, Karen has gained extensive knowledge in dealing with insurance companies. She has helped many clients receive their full ICC and Code of Ordinance coverage.
