Another way to verify that you are dealing with a legitimate contractor is to search your county's Contractors and Permit Records for contractor status and information on issued permits. If you access the Santa Rosa County, Florida website you can then enter Pettinato in their form and click "Contractor Name" at the top of their selections and you will be taken to the county records for our business.

You want to choose a contractor who has experience building in your area. Since starting our business in 1987, Pettinato Construction, Inc. has built 23 custom homes, done 30 home additions and completed 150 remodeling projects. Our homes have included slab, off-grade, piling and ICF* homes.

After Hurricane Ivan, we had 35 projects in the works at one time at a value of over $2.5 million and all job sites ran successfully. We are proud to say that our clients in Gulf Breeze were the first in the area to have their roofs repaired or replaced after the storm.

VENDORS & SUB-CONTRACTORS ARE A BIG CONSIDERATION

We have long established relationships with both our vendors and our sub-contractors. Our vendors greatly cater to us and we know our sub-contractors and their work very well. We require that all our sub-contractors be licensed and insured also.
