John F. Pettinato, III. - Owner and Licensed General Contractor - License Number RG0060302

John oversees all of the day-to-day operations including scheduling of sub-contractors and our in-house crew. John has gained extensive knowledge of the building industry over the past 34 years and keeps updated with continuing education. He is a draftsman and designer and enjoys designing new homes, additions and remodeling projects. With his extensive knowledge, he has helped many clients make their home dreams come true.

Karen Pettinato - Project Estimator and Bookkeeper

Karen (John's wife) is the company's project estimator and bookkeeper. She orders materials and assists John with the scheduling of sub-contractors and our in-house crew. Karen works very closely with our clients on all aspects of their project.

Joe Pettinato - Construction Foreman

Joe (John's brother) has been with Pettinato Construction, Inc., for over 25 years. Joe's wonderful customer service skills cause all our clients to adore him. With Joe's experience and knowledge, he can handle almost anything that needs to be done and does it with a smile.

Chris Pettinato - Construction Foreman

Chris (John's brother) has been with Pettinato Construction, Inc. for over 20 years. Our clients love Chris and his playfulness. He has a "I can do whatever you want" attitude and likes a new challenge. He loves to build and make things work.

Elaine Maduri - Part-time Bookkeeper

Elaine (Karen's sister) assists Karen in the office a few days a week. She handles Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Proposals and works on the company's taxes. She is just now starting to learn about estimating to give Karen some relief. Elaine also is a part-time caterer and takes care of all of our company parties. Everyone loves her cooking!
